EcoRaft is a unique way to construct a superbly insulated, strong, speedy foundation for a variety of house designs, and in many ground conditions.
· 50mm/100mm EPS slabs (Grade 100/200/300 as required)
· Preformed EPS corner units
· Preformed EPS side L shaped perimeter units
· Plastic pins (to maintain EPS board position during construction and concrete pour)
· Metal spikes to join perimeter units together.
· Drawings including all plans, sections and schedules needed for the build.
· Calculations for load capacity
